Performance/Event Venues COVID-19 Impact Documentation
Seattle Independent Artist Sustainability Effort (SIASE), a coalition of local artist organizers, is gathering information on COVID-19 impact within Seattle's artistic community. Our goal is to empower artists, enhance connectivity, and promote self-determination during this pandemic crisis. To find out more, please email: seattleindependentartist@gmail.com

SIASE recognizes that the loss of income from COVID-19 will impact artists from communities that have been historically and systemically oppressed the most. To gather data about disparate impacts among BIPOC, trans and non-binary, and differently-abled artists, this survey includes questions that allow you to share information on the communities you identify with and are committed to.

SIASE acknowledges the varying levels of need within the artistic community. We invite everyone to participate in this form regardless of whether or not you are seeking emergency relief funding.
