Vermont Cannabis Convention 2023: Volunteer Sign Up Form
The Vermont Cannabis Convention is our state's largest and longest-running cannabis industry trade show and gathering taking place May 6-7, 2023. We're BACK at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction, Vermont with nearly 200 exhibitors, 20 hours of presentations and panels, and thousands of expected attendees!


All volunteers will receive complimentary admission to the convention for both days as well as meals (lunch) provided for each day worked. Volunteers are expected to be punctual, communicative, and responsible. All volunteers will be provided with a distinct accessory to identify him/her/they/them/x self/selves while working.

No prior knowledge of cannabis is necessary and we welcome volunteers from ALL backgrounds, identities, ethnicities, and familiarity with cannabis. The only rule is that we ask volunteers with an involvement in the cannabis industry to please not spend time promoting their own cannabis businesses during the hours working as volunteers.

So, in the spirit of 'don't hide it, divide it', we invite members of the Vermont cannabis community to be a part of the show and appreciate past, present, and future support!

General Volunteer *
This volunteer will support exhibitors by helping them to park, unload, find their booths, and to answer basic questions. This volunteer will also be asked to help welcome attendees to the show, answer FAQs, and assist exhibitors with basic tasks.
Speaking Room Volunteer *
This volunteer will support the speaker sessions by welcoming and directing attendees to the two different speaker sessions, assisting speakers with water and basic setup, and keeping time as we transition between each session.
