Thank you for your interest in the Hyperspace Festival ambassador program. This is a great option for those who would like to contribute to the team in exchange for a Festival Pass. You’ll have the opportunity to learn promotions and work with a great team on a positive promotional campaign.

Work Exchange

If your application is accepted, you must purchase a Festival Pass in order to confirm your spot. Your Festival Pass deposit will be refunded (credited to the digital payment used to purchase it) once your work requirement is completed. Refunds can normally be expected within 14 business days after the festival.

Work Guidelines

15 hours of scheduled promotions time earns you a Festival Pass!

Facebook promotional support (send 500 event invites + 1 bi-weekly post).

Must have a reliable car or means of transporting yourself.

Available to promote late nights and flexible to promote any day of the week.

Applicant may not promote under any circumstance for any other event, business or service while promoting for Hyperspace.

Weekly conversation with your team lead for the following:
Coordinate promotional hits based on your availability
Report hours

Confirmation of your contributions; we require photo proof of all your work and efforts that you have contributed to our campaign. Please have access to a smartphone or a cell phone with a camera to document your work. We require that all photos be uploaded in real time to confirm your participation.
