Edifypath is a E-learning platform focusing on upskilling the students and placing them in our hiring partners (https://www.edifypath.com/page/partner-employers). We have 25 years of experience in knowing the requirement of a companies and industries.

We come from a parent organization called OTSi (https://otsi-global.com/).

The process: 

1. Trainings: 

Students will be trained on the respective course like BigData and Hadoop, Cyber Security, Python, Spark With Python or Advanced BigData Analytics. These trainings are not free of cost (For prices https://www.edifypath.com/page/courses).

2. Hiring: After completion of the trainings, candidates will be sent to interviews in our client companies.

Note: Backlog candidates have to  for Spark with Python or Advanced BigData Analytics which 6 months to 9 months program where they will be having a 30 days to 45 days of training internship in OTSi.

Whoever enrolls with Edifypath here is the candidates journey,
1. Enrolling to one of our courses or programs.

2. Edifypath's LMS Team will schedule the trainings, doubt clarification sessions, mock interview, soft skills trainings and final assessment test.

3. Interviews with minimum of 5 companies (if we fail to provide interviews with minimum 5 companies we will refund the amount, in interviews candidates are solely responsible for their job)

4. Offer letter or Appointment letter.

5. Testimony for Edifypath for placement.
