Senior Solutions Council on Aging for Southeastern Vermont, Inc. is soliciting nominations for its 24th Annual Successful Aging Award. This award recognizes the accomplishments of an older adult who is at least eighty years old and who has demonstrated through deeds and leadership, the fostering of strong communities that encompass and support all ages. Such a community encourages its residents to be the best that they can be. The awardee exemplifies an awareness of living a balanced life recognizing their spiritual, health, and social well being.

The criteria are:
1) Live in Windham or Windsor County, or towns served by Senior Solutions Council on Aging for Southeastern VT.
2) Be at least 80 years of age.
3) Actively participate in their communities and currently involved in activities that meet the awards' objectives.

To nominate an older adult for a Successful Aging Award, please fill out this form by October 6, 2021.

All nominees will be invited to the Annual Meeting. After a committee reviews the nominees, awards will be presented at Senior Solutions Council on Aging for Southeastern VT Annual Meeting on October 27, 2021.
