The Benton Institute for Broadband & Society (in collaboration with the American Library Association, METRO’s Digital Equity Research Center & National Digital Inclusion Alliance) is conducting research to understand how digital navigator programs are being/have been conducted around the country. We take an expansive view of what "digital navigation" means. It can include helping people access devices or enroll in ACP,
helping patients learn to use telehealth portals, or adding a "technology layer" to work that focuses on affordable housing or financial literacy. If your organization provides these or similar services, please fill out the survey.
The data you provide will help us understand and better support this work. It will contribute to a planned public report and recommendations to sustain your work beyond this current investment in digital equity.
We will not use any identifying information you provide, unless you explicitly allow us to. At the end of the survey, we ask you if we are allowed to follow-up with you. If you agree, we will use your email to do so.
