This is the official and only accepted Entry Submission Form for the 2024 AAIM Student Media Festival.

In order to promote the use of technology for educational purposes, the Arkansas Association of Instructional Media hosts an annual Student Media Festival.

Students in grades K-12 compete through a series of graded submissions.

The Student Media Festival Awards Program will be held at the 2024 Annual Conference of the Arkansas Association of Instructional Media. A slideshow presentation of the winners will be posted on the AAIM webpage for public viewing.

Submission of Entry to the 2024 AAIM Student Media Festival indicates understanding and agreement with the General Festival Guidelines and the following statement:

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEACHER AND LMS TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT PARENT/GUARDIAN PERMISSION IS OBTAINED FOR USE OF STUDENT NAMES, VOICES, IMAGES, OR WORK THAT MAY OCCUR IN SUBMITTED PRODUCTIONS, AS THESE PRODUCTIONS MAY BE INCLUDED IN PUBLICATIONS, AT EVENTS, AT CONFERENCES, AND ALSO MAY BE UPLOADED TO THE AAIM WEBSITE FOR PUBLIC VIEWING, AT THE DISCRETION OF AAIM AND THE STUDENT MEDIA FESTIVAL.
