Head of the Bay - Rail Crossings

Huna Totem, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Turnagain Marine Construction presented an update on the Head of the Bay project at the May 9th, 2023, City Council work session. They asked for the Council's AND the community's feedback on four different ideas for a railroad crossing to service the new cruise ship terminal being built at the Head of the Bay. At the work session, the community brainstormed an option five, which is included here. Please share as much - or as little - as you like on these five options, or on a sixth option you design!
