This questionnaire is to identify the relevant documents the client must be able to produce to verify their identity for certain transactions (i.e. electronic conveyancing, mortgage dealings, land title instruments, paper instruments signed and witnessed abroad) and may be required for other matters (e.g. land or other high value contracts, wills and enduring powers of attorney, transfer of shares/personal property and overseas clients).

All original or certified copies of documents produced must be current (except for an expired Australian Passport which is OK if it has not been cancelled and expired less than 2 years ago).
