Rogell Community Survey - Fall 2020
Rogell Park is the newest park acquisition for City of Detroit park system. The park is 98 acres of the former 120 acre Rogell Golf Course, located at 18600 Berg Road. As part of the Grand River - Northwest Neighborhood Framework Plan, the site was identified to become a new park. In 2018 the Rogell Park Masterplan was completed, and it outlined near-term and long-term goals. The park's size, location, natural features and local community input during the Masterplan process set the vision to establish a nature park with walking and biking paths, scenic vistas, and opportunities for ecological education and experience, with a priority on accessibility and safety.

This year, the Parks and the Recreation Division will engage with residents to define the design for the first phase of improvements. We want to know what amenities would best serve the families that will use the park. Your responses to this survey will provide valuable feedback that is will used to make this park unique to your community.

This survey on average takes approximately ten to fifteen minutes.
