CHD BUS: Interview Sign Up (New England)
The CHD Bus is collecting COVID hospital protocol stories, vax vs unvax, healthy unvax stories, and vax injury and death stories.

We are looking forward to welcoming you and invite you to speak with Polly on the bus. Bring family, friends for support. We will chose locations that will have parking close by and the bus is a private interview lasting 15 mins, on camera. If you have special needs please let us know. The #CHDBUS tour aims to gather videoed stories about people injured, or who have died, as a result of vaccinations, including, but not limited to, the COVID-19 shots, or hospital protocols. You will have a platform to share your story and sign your name or your loved one’s name on the bus.

The team can only work 8 hour shifts, but Polly tends to stay for all scheduled stories. Appointments may run later than expected. If you have a cut-off time that will not work for you, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
