Applications are open until February 28, 2023 at 11:59pm MT.

The following questions will help determine your acceptance and placement as a theme camp. Please understand that the placement team will do its best to accommodate requests. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request, we will work to try and come to a reasonable alternative. Ultimately, the decision of the placement team is final.

All Theme Camps agree to follow all Element 11 policies, most specifically the Theme Camp Policy and Sound Policy. Please read and understand all policies prior to completing the application.

You don't need to complete the whole form all at once. We recommend completing as much of it as you can, then coming back later before the deadline to make sure your camp numbers are up to date. To save your progress, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE FORM. An email will be sent with a link that will allow you to resume your application. All questions must be answered prior to the application deadline, but you don't have to answer all of them in order to submit.
