GPC Parents and Toddler Group Application
Dear Parent/Carer

We are really pleased that you wish to join our Parent & Toddlers Group here at Glengormley Presbyterian Church. I am Rita Allen, the Leader in Charge, and together with the rest of the team we will do all we can to help you feel part of our happy group.

Our starting date is Thursday, 15 September 2022 from 10.30 to 12 noon and at present we plan to run until May 2023 with the usual holiday breaks. 

Due to continued uncertainty about COVID, we would like to ensure the safety of everyone and to this end we would prefer that:

  1. Masks are optional at this time but this may be subject to review
  2. If you, your toddler or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of COVID, we would ask that you do not attend the group
  3. All parents/carers are fully vaccinated

Please complete the Registration Form below or you can register on arrival. Once you have submitted your application it will be automatically sent to us.
