If you are an independent delegate, this means that you are registering for yourself and are a middle schooler/parent/guardian. This means you are not going with a teacher from your school, group, business, or organization. Independent delegates should write "1" here, unless they are bringing friends along with them, then they should change the number as necessary (these friends do not have to fill out separate forms). Remember: this is an estimate and not binding until formal registration is sent out.
