We'll kick off each Leadership Development SIG meeting with Open Mic!

*What is it?*

It's an opportunity for facilitators to try out / practice different classroom techniques, activities, ice breakers, etc., in the virtual environment and then receive immediate feedback from the group!

Each presenter will be given an 8 minute block of time. Once the presentation has concluded, attendees fill out a a short feedback form and share their thoughts directly with the presenter.

This will create an opportunity for both facilitators and participants; for facilitators, it affords an opportunity to practice and receive meaningful feedback from their peers. For participants, they will get the opportunity to learn from the techniques and styles presented in the group.
