Please complete one form for each team you wish to declare (you can enter the form again if there are changes - the most recent version will be used). Names, running order etc. can be changed on the day, but all declarations MUST be received before the start of the race in question. Please provide a valid email (below) in case of query. A mobile number would also be appreciated, but is not essential.

Please note the following rules before declaring your team:-

A runner can only drop down to lower age group if there are insufficient runners in that age group to make up a team.

The age group of a team will be the age group of the youngest member of that team.

All runners actual age groups should be recorded on the team declaration form.

Mixed or composite teams may compete but will not be eligible for prizes.

A runner’s individual performance will only be recognised if they compete in a race containing their age group (i.e. male masters will not be eligible for a prize if they compete in the senior race. Masters ladies competing in a senior team will also not be eligible for an age group prize, as per rules on entry).
