Hello! Jazz and Java is a big event and a major fundraiser for band and guard. This year, we're looking for support beyond the core group to get everything done.
In order to facilitate planning, there are some thing we need to secure for the event and we're hoping YOU can help us with the resources!
For example - do you or someone you know run a coffee shop or restaurant that might be able to donate coffee?
Do you have a small business that might be willing to donate items, gift cards, or even full baskets to the silent auction? This can be a great way to connect with new customers, esp. if you put your business card or flyers in the basket!
Do you know someone who works for a sporting group that may donate tickets? (last year, we got KC Current and Mavericks tickets, plus Sporting KC donated some items for the auction).
