CVTA will begin using this form on January 1, 2023 to track volunteer hours for trail work and maintenance completed outside of our regularly scheduled monthly work days. Please complete all information so we can accurately track volunteer hours each year. Accurate volunteer hour calculations are helpful for CVTA when applying for grants and soliciting donations.
