-------- Event rules, Timeline & Instructions
• The Designers who wish to participate in the upcoming weekend sale must register by filling in the participation form sent in the Happy Weekend Team group notice.
• Participating Designers setup high quality item or pack/mini-pack of their own choice priced for 60-90 L$ at a visible area near the entrance of the Mainstore.
The item can be New (we encourage new items ) re-textured past one, or any past item from your store, discounted for the duration of the event only. We value your work and efforts by displaying NEW/re-textured/recolored items 1st in the Shopping List Notecard.
• Designers must have in-world located Mainstore.
• Designers need to have room for 1 group.
• Designers need to agree for participation at least once in a month.
• Designers must have the Happy Weekend Event kiosk placed in the store events area and near the items in order to make it easy to see and access for customers searching their HW sale item.
• Participation fee is 2000L$ for a single week participation, paid in the ACCESS Payment room, after registration.
• Your item must be ready and set for sale Friday in order for our Setup staff to be able to go trough your store and make sure everything is set correctly.
• We have the right to cancel your participation if your item does not follow HW quality criteria, HW rules or SL TOS.
Recently by popular customer's demand we started extending until Monday, with those Designers willing to leave their items out for 1 additional day.
