Do you know how to use a chainsaw? *
As a Crew Leader, you will drive the crew from job site to job site and to the dump as needed.  Have you ever driven a pick up truck pulling a 16'-18' trailer, including backing up? *
Our Crew Leaders are the hardest workers on the crew in order to set the pace for the rest of the crew.  Are you able and willing to drag brush, carry logs, and lift 75-100 pounds? *
Do you receive emails on your phone, and can you open .pdf attachments? *
Do you have work boots and are they steel toe *
Our Crew leaders also speak with the customers.  Are you comfortable talking with customers and collecting balances owed? *
Crew leaders do treatments on trees by giving them injections (you will be trained).  Are you comfortable with this? *
Do you have your own vehicle to get to and from work each day? *
Do you have a valid Driver's License? *
Are you legally authorized to work in the United States? *
Work hours are Mon - Fri.  Start time is 6:45am and we work until the jobs are completed for the day.  Can you work this schedule everyday? *
