2020-2021 Student Transfer Application
Complete this form to make an application to attend a school outside your district or attendance zone.  To be approved, applications must meet criteria established by federal court order.  Information on transfer guidelines is available in the Student and Parent Handbook.  All applications must be submitted and received by the Department of Student Services between March 15th and June 1st.  No late applications will be considered.  

You will receive notification of approval or denial via mail by July 20th.  For out of district students transferring into the Jefferson County School District, tuition in the amount of $1,500.00 will be due by August 1st.  A ten percent (10%) late fee will be assessed to any tuition payment not received by the deadline.  No payments will be accepted after one week of the due date.
