Welcome! Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Black Women Education Leaders (#BWEL) Newsletter.

The purpose of Black Women Education Leaders (“BWEL” or the “Corporation”) is to bring together individuals to address issues related primarily to the concerns, interests, advancement, accomplishments, and special contributions of Black women in or aspiring to educational leadership. To accomplish this purpose, BWEL publishes a monthly newsletter to reach (but is not limited to) primarily Black women in education, pre-school through university, including faculty, administration, staff and degree candidates.

Here's where you come in! BWEL welcomes article submissions related to our mission.

Guidelines:
- Submissions should be relevant to a national audience interested in Black women's education news.
- Article topics should include but are not limited to: education, Black women, instructional practices, research, and affirmations.
- Plagiarism is not accepted.
- Keep your writing clear and concise.
- Submissions should be reviewed for grammatical errors before submission.
