The International Costumers Guild (ICG) is gathering personal information from those casting a ballot in this matter. This information includes names, email addresses, chapter affiliation,  and/or official title in the ICG.
We compare the gathered information to that in our corporate rolls to confirm membership status, voting eligibility, and the numeric values required to fulfill quorum and majority requirements in this vote.

You may review the record of what information we have about you at your request, and you may request that we delete your information at a future date by contacting icg-secretary@costume.org. Note that some information must be maintained to fulfill corporate legal requirements, and deleting that information can result in annulment of your membership.
