Instructions: The purpose of this survey is to find out your opinions about our Catholic school.  Read each statement and choose the response that most closely matches your opinion.  Please answer each question honestly.  Your response will be completely confidential.  Each community member is encouraged to complete a separate survey.  If you send a child to our Catholic school, please do not complete this survey, as you will complete a parent/guardian survey.  Thank you.
