5) Confidentiality – Volunteer acknowledges that he or she may have access to confidential information about the business and affairs of SCBWI and has a duty of trust and confidentiality to SCBWI. The term "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, all member and non-member databases on the SCBWI website, email marketing software and databases, finances, information, processes, ideas, designs, business processes, discussions, documentation, and other communications relating to the business and affairs of SCBWI, and Volunteer will not at any time disclose to any person, firm, or corporation any Confidential Information concerning the business of SCBWI and its affiliates, chapters, and associates or any of their respective dealings, transactions, or affairs which come to Volunteer’s knowledge, and all Confidential Information will remain the property of SCBWI. Volunteer acknowledges that any breach of the above will cause irreparable harm to SCBWI, and in addition to any other remedies at law or in equity that SCBWI may have, SCBWI is entitled, without the requirement of posting a bond or other security, to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance and Volunteer will indemnify and hold harmless SCBWI from any damage, loss, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorney fees) arising or resulting from any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information by Volunteer. This Agreement will survive until such time as all Confidential Information becomes publicly known and made generally available through no action or inaction of mine of Volunteer. *
