Security Requirements for Counseling Staff (2 Requirements)

Requirement 1 - Background Check - Beginning in 2018, all camp staff must clear a basic background check for church volunteers and sponsors.  It is your responsibility to obtain this clearance and provide documentation/proof to us.  Most churches already require background checks to work with children/youth.  Please complete that check and have an authorized church leader send a copy to SoulQuest@york.edu
 
Requirement 2 – Personal Recommendation - We will also need a letter of reference from a church leader, minister or camp director.  This reference should speak to your ability to work with young people in a camp environment.  Please have this emailed to SoulQuest@york.edu
