Project Impact Reference Request Form
Each applicant is required to submit three references as part of the application. Please contact each reference to get their permission to use them in this process at least 2 weeks before the deadline. Once you've gotten permission, please fill out the information below and Project Impact staff will send each of your references a confidential reference form to fill out. The three references we request are:
  1. Campus Ministry Director or Staff
  2. Close Friend who has known you for at least 2 years
  3. Discipler, Church Member, Employer, or Teacher
