Should you be selected to participate in this year's parade. The Whittier Uptown Association will send you additional information to the email you have listed. Once selected, you will receive entry rules, lineup information, and an invoice for participation. The Whittier Uptown Association has the right to refuse service to anyone. There is limited availability for parade entries, and the application deadline is November 15th, 2022. *

If selected, I agree that all participants in my entry will abide by Parade rules and regulations. On behalf of all participants in this entry, I agree to release and hold harmless the Whittier Uptown Association and the City of Whittier from any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participating in this event.

I also understand that the Parade will go on regardless of weather conditions. The Management, its members, and agents are authorized to publicize and use, as they may deem, all photographs, descriptions, and information submitted by the participants, their managers, or agents; and to use and publicize by video, photos, or other means, the entrant’s performance and participation in the event. No refunds, No exceptions. Rain or Shine.

Yes I Agree

I understand I cannot have a "Santa Clause" on or in my Parade Float, Vehicle, or Walking Group. However, it is a tradition that the Whittier Uptown Association has a Santa Clause at the end of the Parade to close the event. We do not want to take away that moment from the families who attend the Parade. Therefore, no Santa Clause, in any form, is allowed. Violation of rules will result in immediate removal. *
