Before nominating students,
please check to make sure they will be available for the whole day on January 14th to participate in the schedule of rehearsals leading up to the evening concert.
PLEASE make sure your students understand that being nominated DOES NOT guarantee that they will get to participate. The committee will draw names in a lottery to select students and create a balanced band. Each nominating school is guaranteed to have at least one student accepted.
You will be responsible for submitting one check to District 10 for fee payment for all students who are accepted once the lottery selections are made. Deadline info and the address for mailing the check will be sent out when you are notified about which of your nominated students were accepted.
