Spokesperson: is the face of the organization. Interacts with organizations, or companies we may be collaborating with, also keeps track of all members, volunteers and the executive board.

Internal Affairs: Manages the timelines and schedules of any events, fundraisers, or projects. Also checks in on fellow board members to ensure everyone is doing their jobs.

External Affairs: Reaches out to sponsors, organizations etc to discuss any kids related concerns, plans, questions, or events.
Secretary: taking notes during meetings and attendance during meeting and absence excuses go to this person. Also in charge of scheduling meetings and keeping a calendar with all of the meetings events

Treasurer: create spreadsheets and document all registrations and funds collected for our charity events. I budget our events to see how much everything will cost. I also help in transferring the money KIDS collects to the cause we are supporting. Being treasurer requires organization, time management, and effective communication with others.

Media and Marketing: Create and spread online content, including photos, videos and infographics. This person also is in control of the KIDS social media accounts and youtube page. This includes marketing all content and programs run by KIDS

Technology: Helps plan and edit our podcasts, create flyers, and other promotional content

Volunteers: Not ready to be part of the executive board yet? Come be an official KIDS volunteer. We will reach out to you for events and fundraisers.
