I am an undergraduate student at UBC and this survey is conducted for my technical writing project.The purpose of this survey is to understand the causes of data collection inaccuracy during a session and to propose solutions to improve data collection accuracy at Fairview Behaviour Consulting Inc.. The data collected will be used in a formal report to seek causes and potential solutions given to Fairview Behaviour Consulting Inc..
