In 2023, the City Council established a series of goals and objectives for the City. One of the City Council's priorities is to create and maintain a high level of customer service in all departments. In particular, the City is working on ways to streamline the permit process and establish a customer service standard. Your feedback to this survey will help us evaluate our current customer service so we can implement improvements to achieve a high level of service.
