UAccommodate Orientation (Accommodative Services)
Welcome to Accommodative Services!  Our orientation for new students will open on Monday, August 24 and will include both pre-recorded segments along with two live sessions via Zoom.  Please RSVP using this form regarding your attendance at the live sessions, which will be held on 8/26 and 8/27 at 6:30 pm.  The session on 8/26 is for parents and the session on 8/27 is designed for students.

On Sunday, 8/23 you will receive an email from Shelly Shinebarger with directions for how to log into pre-recorded sessions.  Watch the videos throughout the week at your leisure. Separate emails will be sent with Zoom invitations for the live sessions. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU RSVP FOR THE LIVE SESSIONS SO THAT WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL AND CAN SEND YOU THE MEETING INVITATIONS.  If you are unable to attend, don't worry!  All live sessions will also be recorded.

The purpose of this orientation week is to help students and parents become acquainted with our office.  Students will get an overview of our policies and procedures, as well as their responsibilities as students receiving accommodations.  Specific instruction on how to access and utilize your particular accommodations will also be provided.
