Our daily holiday gymnastics programs provides a jam packed 2 hour session of fun, learning the fundamentals of strength, flexibility and co -ordination in gymnastics. In a 2 hour class our experienced coaches will take the kids through all the equipment from the bars, beams, rings, climbing ropes, trampolines and sprung floor as well as hand held apparatus like hoops, balls and skipping.

No previous experience is needed! We offer three different groups:

Junior (ages 4-6) NO AVAILABILITY- ALL CLASSES FULL FOR JANUARY. SORRY

Intermediate (7-9) -   1 spot AVAILABILITY ONLY 18th and 20th Jan

Senior (ages 10-16)- all classes both weeks, still available

Perfect to get them moving over the long Summer break with 10 classes available to register for.

The Details:
Where: Shire Gymnastics- 92 Oak Road, Kirrawee

Dates: Monday - Friday
Week 1 sessions: January 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th
Week 2 sessions: January 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st & 22nd

When: 9:30am-11:30am

Cost: $30 per session Or sign up for a whole week block for $135

Wear: stretchy clothing- shorts, tights, singlets (can wear leotard/ crops if you wish) Please avoid denim and skirts.

Bring: Bottle of water
