Responsibilities of Supervisee
a) Participate with a goal of increasing competency in play/child therapy practice.
b) Obtain the appropriate consents prior to discussing or sending any case-sensitive information.
c) All identifying information must be removed from all case related materials to safeguard client confidentiality.
c) Strive to participate in a collegial and professional manner.
d) Attend each group supervision session prepared to discuss cases of other participants as well as their own case (if any).
e) Attend all scheduled group sessions. No credit is given for missed sessions.
f) Maintain a record/log of dates and hours of group supervision received.
