Welcome to Adapt's application process. Please fill out this form and we will reach out to you via discord. By completing this application, you are agreeing to the policies listed below. If you do not hear from us within a few days, we may not have an open spot. However, feel free to reach out to us on discord if you want an update on your application or have questions.
-Trial Process and Information
Our trials normally last 3-6 weeks depending on performance. We want to give all new trials time to acclimate to our environment and evaluate if we are a good fit for each other. During this time, trials will normally get a few check ins from one of the officers with specific feedback and to evaluate progress.
-Guild Policies
Attendance: If you need to miss either raid night for an upcoming weekend, post out by 7pm pst on Friday. Barring emergencies, any post outs after this time are considered late and may result in consequences like lower loot or roster priority.
Community: We aim to have a welcoming and inclusive environment that invites everyone to contribute. To promote this type of community, we have a strict policy regarding slurs, harassment, toxicity, bullying, name calling, or hate speech. "Gamer words" of any kind are not welcome in the guild or anywhere in our discord. Everyone is expected to treat each other with respect. Raiders can expect clear and respectful communication from guild leadership at all times. LGBTQ+ friendly
Loot: Loot will be awarded based on a combination of factors. Each raider fills out a loot sheet with their bis items and runs a droptimizer sim each week. Attendance, effort to gear outside of raid, and upcoming prog fight rosters will also be taken into account.
BoEs: We are currently using BoEs to fund the guild bank. When a boe drops, it will be traded to an officer and sold. The raider who got the drop will get half the gold from the sale, other half goes into the bank. We have policies for buying your own BoE or another raider's if the looter does not want it.
Consumables: We currently provide feasts, cauldrons, and vantus runes for all of our raiders and trials. Raiders have access to our bank which is stocked with healing potions, weapon runes, and and assorted consumables for mythic plus like invis pots, auto-hammers, and drums in case of emergency.
-Roster
Especially as a weekend guild, we maintain a roster of more than 20 (typically 23-25) in order to account for absences and comp requirements. We do our best to rotate people in and out of bosses to prioritize play time while also considering great vault and boss drops. We expect raiders to always be reachable during raid nights to minimize downtime.
