Commission Form

This form is for requesting a commission. Please read the Terms of Service and prices before asking for a commission. Make sure to compile the entire form with the information asked.

Once the commission has been completed, a copy of the finished product will be sent to your email as a receipt.
Filling out the form does not automatically give you access to the commission slot, you can check your position on the waiting list here or from clicking on the Commission Status button on the Commission Info page of my website. Upon confirming your slot I will ask you for a confirmation, and after accepting I will be sending you an invoice to pay.
Any requests involving subjects of political nature, explicit NSFW, offensive and hateful content, and illegal depiction of underaged minors, will automatically be declined.

Payment via PayPal in full before starting.
No refunds (Specified in Section 3 of the Terms o Service).
The time for the commission to be completed can vary from weeks to up to 2 months.
Prices may change and be applied to the waitlist.
Waiting time is indeterminate, and it does not guarantee a slot.
You are free to cancel anytime and upon me requesting a confirmation.
To get a deadline or skip the waitlist, you can purchase a priority option
