SkillsUSA Florida Image Award Nomination Form

Purpose

The gear in our emblem is symbolic of the industrial society, it denotes the interdependence and cooperation of the individual working with labor and management for the betterment of mankind. The SkillsUSA Florida Image Award is presented by the Florida SkillsUSA Board of Directors to recognize "celebrity" individuals who have brought positive attention to the career and technical education field, thereby enhancing the image of career and technical education.

Eligibility

Recipients of the award must be widely recognized persons—such as entertainment, sports and business celebrities—who have demonstrated by their actions and/or statements that they are supporters of career and technical education. It must be shown that the field of career and technical education clearly benefits through association with the nominee.

Criteria

Nominations to the Florida State Director will be accepted until a specified deadline.  This award will be selected by the SkillsUSA Florida State Director.
