Have you sold a MINIMUM of two sales?  JBF is looking for a few good "Valet Taggers" in the Bay Area to start tagging ASAP for our twice yearly kids and maternity consignment sales. What is Valet Tagging?
A service provided by JBF to local parents that want sell their items, but don’t have the time or interest to price their items.

What do Valet Taggers do?
It’s simple! Work with our Valet Program Coordinator to fulfill as many requests as possible. We coordinate with the Consignor to pickup their items, then deliver them to you. Tag from the convenience of home (when kids are at school, baby is taking a nap, after work, etc.) with JBF provided supplies.  Once you are done, we will pickup the items, store and transport them to the next sale. Two to three weeks post sale, it’s PAYDAY!

What is JBF looking for in a Valet Tagger?
We prefer, if you have tagged and sold your own items at least twice, at past sales, be organized, efficient, friendly, reliable, communicative, honest and have quick follow up.  Valet taggers that meet the minimum requirements will be interviewed, hired and trained.  Preference is given to those that have sold a high percentage of items in line with the JBF Pricing Guidelines. If you have not tagged a minimum of two times, we encourage you to tag at an upcoming sale and see how you do!! Experience is helpful to tag efficiently for multiple families.

The details?
In this position, we require that you take it seriously and treat the opportunity responsibly.  In exchange, you receive 25% of another Consignor’s sales and $20 in JBF Bucks (per consignor) to use at a future sale. Tag for two consignors that is $40 to use at the sale! There is a not a “boss” looking over your shoulder. Our Valet Coordinator is happy to provide any support you may need. You are expected to respond quickly to requests, work independently and manage your time wisely.  If your sales exceed $600 in one calendar year, the IRS requires us to send you a 1099 for your services. We will have you fill out a W-9 just in case before your first consignor.  You set your own hours, control the number of Consignors you are able to accommodate and tag from the comfort of your home.  How cool is that?
