Highly Sensitive - Bridging the Gap
Hello!  I am creating a resource for parents and educators to boost understanding of Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) and think that you can help.  You may be considered an HSP if you:

* Often feel/felt misunderstood
* Experience a rich and intense inner emotional world
* Notice subtleties in the environment - sensory inputs as well as others’ energy
* Have a deep sense of justice and idealistic view of the world
* Ponder deep, complex worldly issues
* Are creative, conscientious, compassionate, empathetic
* May have a hard time focusing or are easily overwhelmed

For more in depth self-test:  https://hsperson.com/test/highly-sensitive-test/

Many people (maybe even you!) do not understand that Highly Sensitive is an innate personality trait seen in all animals. (That's right... there is nothing wrong with you!!!)   HSP’s hold immense potential for our society, if we can learn to appreciate the positive attributes instead of focus on the challenges.

This is where I (as Bright Blue Seeds), with your help, come in…..

Personal narratives connect people as they allow us to see through another's eyes. Through personal stories from my home and yours, I will shine a light - enabling adults to support amazingly bright kids better.  The stories are just the beginning!

While my focus is on the school age years, please feel free to share as much as you wish.   More information can only help bridge the gap to understanding.  If you are comfortable having a conversation, please contact me at 630-745-7678 or brightblueseeds@gmail.com.  Thank you for sharing!

* I do plan on sharing these stories on my website, BrightBlueSeeds.com, but will not publish names if you request.
