Instructors: Bob Eklund has been meditating twice a day for over 29 years and been teaching the course for over 20 years. Lucius Irvin has been meditating for 15 years and teaching several local meditation courses.

Cost: Donations welcome. Textbook $10 (regularly $16).

Place: The Oasis Institute 4928 Homberg Dr. Ste. A4 Knoxville

Dates: 4 consecutive Saturdays beginning September 7, 2019.

Start Time: 10:30am. Classes last about 1 1/2 hrs.
