* Analyze and optimize Ad Campaigns with ROAS perspective
* Develop new strategies and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency in your work
* Coach and drive marketing artists & developers
* Share knowledge across growth team

MUST HAVE
* 1+ years of work experience requiring make daily data-driven decision making
* Strong organizational and execution skills
* Understanding of ad monetization in tech, gaming and related industries
* Analytical thinking, being result-oriented and data-driven
* Fast learner & critical thinker
* Positive person at internal and external communications
* Strength in data analysis, curious about new technologies and trends.
* Willingness to update knowledge on a regular basis
* Eager to improve and explore new challenges continuously
* Education in engineering, maths or economy  

NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with MMPs
* Experience buying media on FB, Google and other platforms
