Payment Policy:
All payments are non-refundable and required to reserve your space. To reserve your spot, make a $500 deposit to Brittany upon filling out this registration form.

Your balance is due no later than December 1, 2019. If you are registering after this date, please make your payment in full when registering, unless you have worked out a payment plan with Brittany. All payments are non-refundable. Prices do not include airfare, trip insurance, optional spa & wellness services + tips or additional specialty items or food outside of the retreat inclusions.

By submitting your $500 deposit, you are reserving your place on this retreat and agreeing to the Payments & Terms Agreement stated on this form. Please submit your deposit and final payments by December 1, 2019 via Venmo (@Brittany-Lynne-108) or Paypal - choose Friends & Family option to avoid extra fees (paypal.me/beautifullyawakening). If you prefer another form of payment, please contact Brittany at brittany.lynne.jones@gmail.com

By sending your initial payment you are agreeing to all of the terms and requirements.
All prices are in US dollars. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable (this is why travel insurance is required so you are covered). If you cancel your retreat spot for any reason (and Brittany sincerely hopes that you don’t need to), all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
13% Costa Rican Taxes and housekeeping gratuities are included in your retreat price :)

Insurance:
In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances it's required that you protect your investment, with travel insurance for your trip.

Trip insurance (travel & health) is required to participate on this retreat - Brittany Lynne is not held responsible for any unforeseen travel changes or health issues. Thank you for your understanding :)

No Tobacco is permitted by any guest of The Sanctuary. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property without a refund for not respecting this.
The Sanctuary does not sell, serve, or store/refrigerate alcohol. Brittany's retreat is an alcohol/substance-free retreat in order to provide a fully immersive, healing retreat experience. Unruly intoxication will result in the individual's removal from the property without any refund.
