We will be using this survey to get parent information on their needs and opinions in order to best plan for our Before and After Care program for the next school year.  The Board of Education must estimate the usage for the Before and After Care programs to ensure that they run at no cost to the District.  In several recent years, these programs have not been self sufficient and not met their costs to run.  The Board of Education has to assess the viability of running the programs for the coming school year.  We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in providing us with accurate information as of the completing of this survey.
