Please read the below information completely before applying to Volunteer.

The All Roads Music Festival is a 2-Day celebration of Maine indie music talent, featuring 40+ music performances, panels, and workshops in venues throughout Belfast. The event is a production of the non-profit Arts Incubator, Launchpad. Volunteers are crucial to this local, nonprofit event to ensure music fans, artists, community members and our team (which could include you!) have a safe and exciting weekend.

Please fill out the form below. All shifts are in 6 hour increments. At least 1 shift must be selected but volunteers are welcome to sign up for as many as they'd like.

The deadline to apply for 2025 is April 22. Volunteers will be notified on a rolling basis until May 1. A virtual Zoom meet + greet orientation will be scheduled before event weekend.

All volunteer team members are provided Festival Credentials to attend performances + events when not actively working scheduled shifts. Volunteers who work more than one consecutive shift in a day will also be provided a meal.

A note about Volunteers and driving vehicles:
Volunteers are not required to have a valid Driver's License or operate vehicles as part of their work at the festival, but we do ask for that info so we can know which volunteers may be able and willing to help us drive vehicles for store pick ups, to move equipment or help operate shuttle vans.
