Before using the gym you need to download the  "mywellness" app from the Google Play store or Apple App store (It's the black log with a yellow cloud and will give you instructions on how to use each machine.)

The gym is fob activated and this can take 24 hours after gym induction.
No friends, family or non-CODE residents allowed. If you’re caught allowing others to use the gym, you risk your access being taken away!
Air con can be adjusted or turned on or off. You can do this by using the power button and arrow controls.
Please wipe down the machines before and after use.
Please do not leave any belongings in the gym
Please use the provided hand sanitizer before entering and after you have left the gym.
All treadmills have emergency stop buttons located at the centre of the main panel.
Before using the resistance machines, please familiarise yourself with how they function from the diagrams on the side of the machine.
Do not use any machine for any purpose other than what they are intended for
If you have never used free weights, we would recommend you begin with resistance machines and then move onto the free weights.
It is recommended to not use the bench press if exercising alone.
I understand that if I lose my fob for the gym, I will be required to make payment of £20 to replace the fob.
