I understand that I will be required to submit proof of a valid passport to KI Concerts. Your passport must not expire within 6 months of travel.

I understand that in order to reserve a spot, $100 deposit is due to Broadneck Music Boosters. This $100 is in addition to the package cost from KI Concerts.

I understand that my registration for this trip is not complete until I register with KI Concerts.

I understand that all future payments will be made to KI Concerts.

A travel insurance policy is included with the trip package. However, please consider upgrading to the CFAR optional travel insurance. CFAR Insurance is highly suggested!

A registration fee of $100 is due to Broadneck Music Boosters to reserve your spot. This fee is refundable if you cancel your trip through September 1, 2022. You may pay by check or Venmo ($105 through Venmo due to processing fees). *

I will be sending a check in to school for $100 made out to "Broadneck Music Boosters" (include traveler name and "trip" on the subject line)

I will pay $105 through Venmo and understand I MUST put "Trip Deposit" and traveler FULL name in the comments.
