I understand that if I am chosen for this Honor group, I WILL attend all required rehearsals and concert. I ALSO REALIZE THAT NOT ATTENDING A REHEARSAL MAY RESULT IN MY NOT PERFORMING IN THE FINAL CONCERT. I have checked my personal calendar, in addition to school sports and testing (ACT, SAT) schedules, for conflicts. I understand that by auditioning for the group I have no prior commitments or conflicts.  By taking a spot and not fulfilling my duties, I may be depriving another talented musician of this opportunity. AUDITIONS ARE: BAND - Thursday, NOVEMBER 14th from 3:30 - 6:30 pm AT Highlands Ranch High School.  ORCHESTRA - WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY, November 13th & 14th from 3:30 - 6:00 pm AT Highlands Ranch High School.  CHOIR - Late November/Early December - regional sectional rehearsals (HR, Parker, Castle Rock areas - check with directors)   The rest of the dates AND LOCATIONS are found on the Continental League Honor Music Festival website at (https://sites.google.com/dcsdk12.org/continentalleaguemusicfestival/home?authuser=0)

I am also aware that I am expected to have continued enrollment in my high schools orchestra, band, and/or choir classes for the entire school year in order for me to be eligible to audition and perform at the 2019-20 Continental League Music Festival. Choosing to drop the academic course that relates to my audition will result in my immediate dismissal from the 2019-20 Continental League Honor Music Festival.

I also understand that it is essential to arrive early, and prepared, to all rehearsals and that my attendance is required for the length of the entire rehearsal.  If I am LATE (meaning door is closed and down beat has been set - I could be immediately removed from the 2019-20 Continental League Honor Music Festival).
