• The nominated organization must be located within the city limits of Porterville or the greater Porterville area.
• The nominee should have a proven track record of actively supporting and contributing to the betterment of the community. This may include organizing or participating in local events, sponsoring community initiatives, and engaging with other civic organizations or local school districts.
  
• The nominee should demonstrate innovation and creativity in its programs, services, or operational practices. Innovative approaches to solving community problems or enhancing their services are key.
  
• The nominated organization should contribute to volunteer opportunities and potentially job creation in the region. Their involvement in training, volunteering, and development programs that benefit the local workforce and community members should be noted.
  
• Nominated organizations should be recognized for their ethical conduct, transparency, and integrity. They should uphold business practices that are above reproach and demonstrate a commitment to responsible and transparent operations.

**Nominations must be submitted to the Porterville Chamber of Commerce no later than 10:00pm on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
