If you have an idea for a leadership position not listed, you are welcome to suggest a title and desired responsibilities. We would like to cater leadership positions to the diverse strengths, talents, and time availability of our students.

Position Descriptions:
1. President: Presides over all Board meetings, manages the business and affairs of ELS, and coordinates with other Mitchell Hamline student organizations.

2. Vice President: Assists the President in all ELS affairs and presides over Board meetings in the absence of the President.

3. Treasurer: Develops the annual budget and coordinates ELS financials.

4. Secretary: Maintains accurate records of meetings and a directory of members.

5. MSBA ENRE Section Representative: Attends monthly meetings of the Minnesota State Bar Association Environment, Natural Resource, and Energy Law Section meetings. Research career development in the area of environmental law.
